One of the biggest problems purchasing branded clothes for women in India, is that there are few suppliers of well fitted branded clothes in India , especially for women of larger sizes. For example this domain investor has purchased a large number of clothes which never fitted , and are effectively waste. Most of these clothes are fairly expensive costing Rs 600 or more, yet the clothes size is not clearly indicated.
The sales person is telling the buyer to purchase XL, however for some brands the xl size is not fitting. So it is better to purchase the larger size, especially if there is no price difference, and alter it to reduce the size, if it is loose.
It is more difficult to increase the size of the clothes compared to making it tighter with some stitching and Rs 600-700 for a dress which is never used is a major waste of money.
